Real Property Concierge ("RPC", "we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered real estate lead generation platform designed for real estate professionals. Our service includes an AI chatbot and voice agent for 24/7 client interaction, lead capture and management, Cal.com scheduling integration, automated email and SMS follow-up, listing management for photos and video, and custom domain hosting.
The platform is operated by RPACoders.cloud from within Canada. By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
All subscriptions are month-to-month and automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled by either party in accordance with these Terms. There are no fixed-term contracts or long-term commitments.
We offer a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will terminate and no payment will be collected. If you do not cancel, your first billing cycle will begin at the end of the 14-day trial.
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for each renewal cycle at the then-current subscription rate.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Any price change will not affect your current billing cycle.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and authorise us to charge your chosen plan plus any applicable taxes (including HST/GST where applicable).
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including Canadian federal and provincial taxes such as GST/HST, QST, and PST. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in these Terms or as required by applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. There are no refunds for partial months of service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Canadian and international laws, including anti-spam legislation (CASL) and privacy laws (PIPEDA). You may not use the Service to:
You may not scrape, crawl, spider, or use any automated means to access the Service or extract data from the platform without our express written permission.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable real estate regulations, including provincial real estate council rules, RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) requirements, and similar regulatory bodies across Canada.
The RPC platform, including its software, code, design, branding, algorithms, AI models, and underlying technology (collectively, the "Platform"), is owned by RPACoders.cloud and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform during your subscription. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the data, content, and materials you upload, enter, or input into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant RPC a limited licence to access, use, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use Your Data for any purpose other than delivering and improving the Service without your explicit consent.
Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, RPC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
RPC does not guarantee that the Service will generate any specific number of leads, conversions, sales, or revenue. The effectiveness of the platform depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, your responsiveness to leads, and the quality of your listings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall RPC, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RPC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. RPC reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs with reasonable notice where practicable.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RPC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@rpacoders.cloud. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid billing period. No partial refunds will be provided.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon 30 days' written notice. We may also terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice, or if your use of the Service violates applicable law.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases, and Your Data will be retained for 30 days after which it will be permanently deleted unless required otherwise by applicable law or our data retention policies. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to retain before the end of the retention period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@rpacoders.cloud to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of 30 days before resorting to formal dispute mechanisms.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RPC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
